Maybe you could share a little bit of code or something, so that we could help you, when angular app is not working in IE 11, most of the time is the problem with missing polyfills.
You can also,if you didn't already, create an issue or issues on github page of the framework or library that you are using, you can also create a question on stackoverflow, use gitter channels etc.
