Most founder CRMs are either too heavy or too generic.

I wanted a workspace that answered three questions fast:

  1. Which conversations are moving

  2. Which leads are stalled

  3. Which follow-ups should happen today

What we shipped

  • A lightweight lead pipeline

  • Daily follow-up suggestions

  • A simple founder activity timeline

What worked

The biggest win was removing setup friction. People imported contacts and started using the workspace in minutes.

What did not

We overbuilt reporting in the first version. Most early users just wanted clearer next actions.

Takeaway

Speed matters more than completeness when the buyer is still validating demand.
