Across 5,208 job postings on NewLuxJob covering all roles in the Netherlands, the median advertised salary is 40,173 EUR. The middle half of listings falls between 32,400 and 51,000 EUR. That range gives a sense of how wide the market is before breaking it down by role.

Office and professional roles

Among office-based roles, Manager listings carry the highest median at 51,600 EUR, with the middle half spanning 42,000 to 67,236 EUR, from 609 postings. Consultant roles show a median of 48,219 EUR (middle half 40,788 to 60,000 EUR, from 110 postings), while Accountant Auditor postings list a median of 48,000 EUR (middle half 39,000 to 60,000 EUR, from 266 postings).
