A safer way to ship a Roblox LiveOps event

Before a timed event goes live, test the event boundary rather than just the UI. Confirm server ownership, an explicit configuration version, repeatable eligibility checks, and a durable audit record for every grant. A rollback should disable new eligibility without destroying prior evidence.
