How are you balancing SEO vs. Paid Ads for lead generation in 2024

I’ve been reviewing my marketing budget for the upcoming quarter and I'm curious to see how everyone else is allocating their spend. While PPC provides that immediate traffic, the rising CPCs in certain niches are becoming harder to justify.
