The Langtang Valley Trek explores the beautiful Langtang region, and the trail goes along the Langtang National Park, home to numerous flora and fauna. The starting point of the trek is located north of Kathmandu, which is easily accessible with a 7- to 8-hour drive. Further, you will be walking alongside lovely waterfalls, enjoying stunning landscapes, giant glaciers, and views of snow-capped Himalayan mountains like Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lhakpa , Kimsung, Yansa YansaTsenji, Gang Chenpo, Naya Kanga, and numerous others.
The highest points of Lang Tang Trekking Nepal are Tserko Ri (5,000 m) and Kyanjin Ri (4,770 m). Kyanjin Ri is accessible above Kyanjin Gompa in 2 hours, where trekkers hike to witness a gorgeous sunrise and acclimatize, whereas Tserko Ri is within 3 to 4 hours' walking distance from Kyinjin Gumba. The Langtang Valley Trek presents the distinct lifestyle and culture of Tamangs and Sherpas. Along the trail, there are many stupas, monasteries, chortens, and prayer flags. If you're lucky, you may also spot wildlife such as musk deer, blue goats, Himalayan black bears, and red pandas.
