Principal Engineer: DB architecture, distributed systems, replication, consistency models. Perl, D, Bash, PostgreSQL, MySQL; Oracle support planned. Focus — predictable behavior under real load.

Focus on proven approaches for distributed systems: edge sync patterns, conflict resolution, consistency guarantees. Priority — stable performance under load and in unstable environments.

Developing Dedalo: sync system for challenging conditions — unstable links, heterogeneous hardware, mixed DB stacks. Goal — truly distributed sync on proven principles, no ideal infra needed.

Substantive technical discussions (no clichés): designing for unstable networks, preventing hidden centralization, solutions for constrained infra. Focus — on mechanics and real implementations.
