New to This, So Have a Questions

First, hello everyone, i am sure you have a lot of randoms like me joining in, so i hope you will go gentle on me.

As i can see (clicking around) this platform is basically build around developers/coders, so wanted to ask, does a mediocre creators like me (which does his websites on wordpress) can find some valuable sections?

2.
Is it allowed to post/showcase a startups?
Asking because i know you might get banned on other places if you share a link of your work (which is self-promo). But its hard to showcase something you are working on without actually showing the thingy...

1. Do we have website owners here which i can connect with, present them my idea, and hopefully benefit together.
