is it time to be @brave ?

still searching for a solution to the "20 browser tabs shouldnt use 100% cpu" dilema (btw migrating off gmail is helping a lot)

should i be brave ? and try the brave browser if so ! then how brave ?

oh dear im not that brave my vm only has 20G of free space and not the 100G you need to compile chromium

can you share any experiences of how brave you have been ? :)

Honestly, I tried it and I didn't feel it was much faster than chrome or opera, and the lesser use of resources was pretty insignificant for me. I also missed some features that are present in Opera (my current browser), like the native sidebar.

Isn't it a fork of chromium? How is it using less CPU? Isn't privacy-focused not performance-focused?

youre right it is a fork i didnt read the small print ! just seen that you ONLY 'get unmatched speed' because it is 'blocking trackers'

I used it long time ago and still have it installed. I used to get issues with playing videos on sites like Youtube but was good for browsing in general.
