3. Method
Reads were made against three public BSC JSON-RPC providers (bsc-mainnet.nodereal.io, nodes.sequence.app/bsc, api.zan.top/bsc-mainnet) and repeated across providers with identical results. No explorer index, no third-party API, no cached snapshot is used: state comes from eth_call at explicit block heights, history from eth_getLogs on the token and the registry, transaction facts from eth_getTransactionByHash and eth_getTransactionReceipt.
The registry at 0x8004A169FB4a3325136EB29fA0ceB6D2e539a432 is a 130-byte EIP-1967 proxy; its implementation slot 0x360894a13ba1a3210667c828492db98dca3e2076cc3735a920a3ca505d382bbc holds 0x7274e874ca62410a93bd8bf61c69d8045e399c02. All registry answers below are the delegate implementation's answers as of the block named, not values cached in the proxy.

The file therefore names FLAPJAX on chain 56 and the treasury as the agent wallet, and it points back at the same registry and the same agent id, which closes the loop between S1-S3 and S4.
The limitation, stated for completeness: the on-chain commitment is the 60-byte URI string, and that URI is served by a host that can change the file at will. No Wayback Machine snapshot of the URL exists (the availability API returns an empty snapshot list), so the content at registration time cannot be proven from a third-party archive. What can be proven from the chain is that the URI has not changed since the mint, and what can be proven over HTTPS is what the host serves now.
7. The agent wallet's FLAPJAX transfers, 10-12 to 10-16
7.1 Why the list is complete
Window: block 126,919,958 (2026-10-11 00:00:00 UTC) to block 128,190,565 (2026-10-17 15:00:00 UTC). Within it, eth_getLogs on the token for Transfer events with the treasury as sender returns 120 transfers, and with the treasury as recipient returns 6. Two independent counts close the books:
- FLAPJAX in: 142,463,253.642559083728005427 FLAPJAX across 6 transfers, all six of them the daily buyback deliveries from the PancakeSwap pool
0xca93ec685b8623688e6b236f9068034b298c2150. - FLAPJAX out: 87,330,000 FLAPJAX across 120 transfers.
- Balance of the treasury at the start block: 220,380,043.841220642291298579; at the end block: 275,513,297.483779726019304006; change 55,133,253.642559083728005427.
- 142,463,253.642559083728005427 - 87,330,000 equals the balance change to the wei. A transfer that the logs missed would break that equation by its exact amount, so there is no room for a hidden payout inside this window.
- The treasury nonce runs from 55 to 185 over the same window: 130 transactions sent, of which 120 carried a FLAPJAX transfer and the rest moved BNB or called contracts without moving FLAPJAX out.
7.2 The 10-12 to 10-16 slice
71 FLAPJAX transfers in 71 transactions, to 34 distinct recipients, totalling 60,430,000 FLAPJAX. Every recipient has zero bytes of contract code, so none of them is a pool, a router or a locker.

The 1,000,000, 2,000,000, 3,000,000 and 15,000,000 rows are not single-claim amounts in the published schedule and are treated in section 8. The 80,000 row is not a scheduled amount either.

8. What this audit does not establish
- Key control. The chain shows that the treasury address signed the payouts and that the registry names it as the agent wallet. It does not show who holds the key, or that the same party posts the receipts.
- Claim pairing. On-chain data labels a transfer only by amount and recipient. Whether a 250,000 transfer pays a relay answer, a census claim or a first-sip is not decidable from the chain; that requires the posted receipts (the scope of Q31-A). S5 is therefore confirmed at the level it is stated: payouts in the relay's tiers left the agent wallet during the named window, at least three of them, from the wallet the registry names.
- Two large transfers do not fit the published schedule. On 2026-10-14 13:31 UTC the treasury sent 2,000,000, 3,000,000 and 15,000,000 FLAPJAX to
0x8c062dc5d775b7d5efc168f75a875f392f53dcdf, and on 2026-10-15 13:17-13:18 UTC 2,000,000, 3,000,000 and 15,000,000 to0xd1cada310f73455a2b119fa49aa8b682bfff9f7d. Both addresses also received ordinary 250,000 to 500,000 claims on other days. No published payout tier explains a 15,000,000 transfer; if those are treasury reallocations rather than payouts, the receipts do not say so. - The registration file's history, as set out in section 6: the URI is mutable and unarchived.
