I faced the same situation in the company I joined recently. For the first few weeks, I felt really bad and demotivated. But slowly I am adapting and improving myself.

I talked to the seniors about it and let them knew that I was not comfortable with such behavior. I also made some changes in the way I approach people here and deal with everyday situations as that helped a lot. I also talked to each one of those people who were somehow trying to demotivate me in many ways.

Everyone is so manipulative and demotivating around me but I am learning how to play around with such people. I feel bad but deep down I know I am learning how to deal with these toxic people and that is very important these days. Not everyone is like that, it's just a few of these guys trying to place themselves in superior positions and they are everywhere in all the companies out there.

Things are not perfect now but they are a little better because of the way I see things and the way I trust in myself and raise my voice against anything that is unacceptable.
