How should I fix for SEO, or rather, do I need to fix to appear on SERP?

It is Nuxt, so do I need to nuxt generate? (It is currently Nuxt Universal.) Will it be dynamic as I post new contents or do I need to rebuild?

It is partially about the CMS as well, I think. What CMS ranks good on both customzability (customizable markdown/markup) and SEO optimized?
