Our tech stack for every project is .net backend, vue.js/tailwind css frontend. I would say we have more needs for front end devs than backend at the moment.
Since everything we do is opensource we have devs moving in and out pretty regularly, with a core contributor team of 8. Our stuff is best suited for the intermediate range, but if a junior is hard working and a good problem solver we can accomodate that too, as long as there are regular hours.
