To make Google Chrome your default browser on a Windows computer, you can follow these steps:

Open settings and search for the apps on the left side

After that, select the default apps.

In the default apps, you can see the set defaults for application and type Google Chrome here.

Click on the arrow over Google Chrome, and now you can go ahead and set it for any app.

We can change the default option for other apps; we can also make Edge or **Firefox **the default browser the same way.

Google Chrome should now be set as your default browser in Windows.
