TL;DR
I'm a Senior PHP developer with experience in a stack of technologies like HTML/Javascript/CSS, MySQL, Apache/Nginx, Domain and DNS management, etc (+10year)...
A year ago, I went to an interview, and it was the only one that made me say "I'll never work here..."

I arrived on time, looked for the door but there was no sign of the company name, nor the door number/letter that I had on the address
«OK, maybe this company owns the building and doesn't need to signal their doors, or maybe I'm just too dumb»

I made my best guess and choose the door that seemed logical to me. So I just knock on the door, somebody opened but when I entered, there was no one to talk to.
«OK, they have some thins going on and are a little busy right now, or maybe I'm here at the wrong schedule»

Waited for a couple of minutes, confirmed that I was in the right place as I saw the company logo on a poster, and on the right schedule... but it didn't feel right - it was old and dark and smelly, nothing like a new and young IT Consultant company
«OK, maybe it's an old school company, or maybe they didn't spent money on the office so they could pay more to the employees, or maybe I'm just being picky»

After a while, a guy passed by but didn't even notice my presence, and soon enough he was gone...
«OK, this guy is not responsible for my check-in, and his mind is a little busy right now, or maybe I'm just invisible»

Waited a few more minutes more... awkward silence...
«OK, maybe the office is small, or maybe the office is new, and there is no one working here yet, or maybe I'm just misinformed of the working environments»

15 minutes later, a "kid" came to me, and took me to a meeting room...
«OK, maybe it's a junior business manager or a junior HR, or a trainee, or maybe I'm just too old to this interviews»

After a brief conversation about my background and the position for a PHP developer, he asked me to answer a few technical questions, like a little test, but... he didn't have it on paper, so he asked to view the questions on his laptop and answer them on a piece of paper.
«OK, definitely the office is new and the printers and network are still under configuration... and maybe the dog ate the papers that he prepared to this interview... , or maybe I'm just out of touch»

As I started this test, and having said that I'm a Senior PHP developer, and the position was for a PHP Developer, I notice something strange: the test is about Java and Oracle...
«OK, this HR definitely screwed up with the usual Java/Javascript confusion, or maybe I'm just being tested for my ingenuity»

I state my case that it didn't make any sense, but still made the test (Java and Oracle were my Academic degree base technologies, so I would get something right).
    «OK, this is a NOK situation, I'm out!»

I shure felt dumb after that, and I wouldn't hire myself, so the don't-ever-contact-me-again relationship was probably the best for both sides.

(sorry for the long comment & sorry for my english)
