The speaker one-pager: what a fest team actually wants before they book you

A fest team emailing five potential speakers doesn't have time for a three-round back-and-forth with each one. A single page with everything they need cuts that to one reply: yes, here are our dates.

What goes on it

  • Two or three talk titles with a one-line description each, not an open-ended 'ask me about AI'.
  • Formats you offer: a 45-minute talk, a 90-minute workshop, a mentorship hour — with typical audience size for each.
  • Past sessions, even briefly: where, roughly how many attended, what the format was.
  • Logistics: on-site (which regions), remote, what you need from the venue, and whether there's a fee.
  • One clear way to reach you and how fast you typically reply.

Where to keep it

A dedicated page beats a PDF attachment — it's easier to update, easier to link from a bio, and easier for an organiser to skim on their phone. Mine lives at the invite page.
