PureHub 1.0.0-beta.14: private workflows, not isolated utilities

PureHub is an open-source collection of 22 everyday utility tools for Android and the web. The project stays free, contains no ads, and prioritizes useful offline workflows over tracking or account walls.

Beta.14 focuses on making the flagship tools work together more naturally.

What changed

A searchable Document Suite

OCR Studio can now feed captured text into Doc to PDF, making it easier to move from a photographed document to a searchable PDF workflow without bouncing between unrelated apps.

Focus that survives the background

Zen Pomodoro now has foreground timer and notification support, so a focus session is less likely to disappear when Android moves the app out of view.

Portable data without giving up privacy

Habit, Expense, Vault, and history data now have encrypted export/import foundations. The goal is straightforward: your data should remain yours, but it should not be trapped on one installation.

Faster receipt workflows

Receipt OCR now supports Expense Tracker and Bill Splitter workflows, reducing repetitive manual entry while keeping review in the user's hands.

More honest sensor tools

Compass, Decibel Meter, and Bubble Level now provide clearer calibration and accuracy guidance. Sensor readings depend on device hardware and environment, so the interface should communicate confidence instead of pretending every value is perfect.

Aurora Phoenix refresh

The Android and PWA shells received the Aurora Phoenix visual direction: stronger color, clearer icon-led navigation, denser layouts, and less unnecessary text and whitespace.
