PureHub beta.16: smaller Android APKs and a receipt OCR fix

PureHub beta.16 is now available as a signed Android prerelease.

What changed

• Added per-ABI APKs alongside the universal APK. The arm64 build is about 22.6 MiB.
• Fixed Receipt OCR when the recognizer returns item names and prices as separate columns.
• Kept the Android build offline-only with no INTERNET permission.
• Migrated the FastAPI startup path to lifespan and fixed missing PWA assets so they return HTTP 404 instead of the SPA shell.

Tested on a physical Android device

QR and OCR camera flows, receipt totals and tax, Compass, Bubble Level, Sound Meter, foreground Pomodoro notifications, and encrypted export/import all passed.

PureHub remains free, ad-free, and open source. The current OCR/QR build still uses ML Kit, so we are not presenting it as an F-Droid-ready, Google-free build yet.
