The idea is to have the phone show a plain color matching the current hat (nice drawings matching the color would also be cool, but color is enough) and a simple menu enabling to very easily change the current color.
Optionnally we can add a timer to play a sound and automatically change color after a maximum time.
I'm considering writing something like that for months to help in parallel thinking meetings, but never had time. As far as I know it's both very simple and it doesn't exists. So if you have time...
