You have a clarity problem.

If your team needs 4 meetings to align on 1 thing…
You don’t have a meeting problem.
You have a clarity problem.

More Zoom calls ≠ more clarity.
More check-ins ≠ more collaborations.

In fact, the teams I’ve seen collaborate best are the ones that talk less but still move in sync.

Because they’ve built systems for clarity that don’t rely on real-time nudges.

  • Clear decision trails
  • Shared context that lives outside people’s heads
  • Async ways to flag blockers and trade-offs

The rest? Just noise with a calendar invite.

The irony is: Needing more meetings is often the clearest sign you’re not actually aligned.

More meetings won’t save you.
