Exploring dev.to's Hidden Features: Upload a Video. What?

I decided to dive deeper into dev.to ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ and clicked on the Dashboard, where I was surprised to see a button labeled "Upload a video." ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Curious, I couldn't resist testing it out by uploading one of my own videos from this dev.to post ๐ŸŽฅ to see what happens next.

Don't be hard on me, I don't have any other videos.

By the way, the video showcases my open-source project. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ I created the facial effects, motion, and generation entirely with my neural network-powered program ๐Ÿค– (aside from the text and video cuts). Now Iโ€™m left wonderingโ€”where exactly will this video show up? ๐Ÿค”

Does anyone use the "Upload a video" feature on dev.to and have thoughts on how it should shape the platformโ€™s future?

Should it be more like, โ€œHey, Iโ€™m scrolling through tech and news videos to unwind and kill time,โ€ or should it be a serious space for learning with tutorials and deep dives into open-source tools and projects? Write in the comments your opinion on what dev.to will be like in the future. And who is the ideal publisher now.

Ok. I found this in dev.to/latest. ๐Ÿค” I thought there would be a new, special category for it, like Shorts on YouTube. ๐Ÿ“บ I was even a little disappointed that I didn't see something unique. ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜ข
