Rails broadcast report to telegram dynamically

  1. create pdfs/ to store the generated pdf
  2. use cronex gem to describe cron in plain english
  3. create telegram bot using botfather 3.1 get username & token

sending document by URL is not guarantee
mount volume /pdfs
