MISUMI Group has launched MISUMI Americas, a specification-driven manufacturing and supply chain company. The unit combines Fictiv’s digital manufacturing platform with MISUMI’s component business, covering standard, configurable, and custom parts. The move has received a $1 billion (150 billion yen) backing from the group to fuel expansion.
