Reading a Stablecoin Withdrawal on a Block Explorer: A Practical Walkthrough

RakeMint editorial team

"Your withdrawal has been sent" is a claim. A transaction hash is proof. If you receive stablecoins from any service, an exchange, a payroll tool or a casino, learning to read the transfer on a public block explorer takes five minutes and removes most of the guesswork when something seems slow.

Step 1: Get the transaction hash

A transaction hash (often shown as "TxID" or "tx hash") is a long hexadecimal string starting with 0x on EVM networks. Services usually show it in the withdrawal history once the payout has been broadcast. No hash usually means the request has not left the platform yet, which is a different conversation from a slow network.

Step 2: Open the right explorer

Each network has its own explorer. Polygon transfers are viewed on Polygonscan, Arbitrum One on Arbiscan, and BNB Smart Chain on BscScan. Pasting a hash into the wrong explorer returns "not found", which looks alarming but only means you picked the wrong chain.

Step 3: Read the status

The status field will show success, failure or pending. A successful status with a block number means the transfer is final on that chain. Pending means it is waiting to be included. Failed transactions still consume gas but move no tokens.

Step 4: Check the token transfer, not just the transaction

A stablecoin transfer is a call to a token contract. Look for the "Tokens Transferred" or "ERC-20 Token Transfer" section and confirm three things:

  1. From: the sending address of the service.
  2. To: your own address, character for character.
  3. Amount and token: for example, USDT, and the amount after any withdrawal fee.

Also confirm the token contract is the genuine one. Explorers mark well-known contracts; fake tokens often copy the name but not the contract address.

Step 5: Compare timestamps

The block timestamp tells you when the transfer actually landed. Compare it with when you requested the payout. That gap is the real processing time, which is a fair way to judge claims about speed. For context on what an instant payout should look like, this guide covers it: https://rakemint.com/blog/instant-withdrawal-casino

Step 6: If your wallet does not show it

If the explorer shows success to your address but your wallet does not, the usual cause is that the wallet is viewing a different network or does not list that token yet. Switch the wallet to the right network or add the token contract manually.

A worked expectation

RakeMint pays withdrawals in USDT on Polygon, Arbitrum One or BNB Smart Chain, and most complete instantly or within about 20 minutes. Whatever service you use, the explorer is where you check those claims for yourself.
