Need instant help i am unable to understand what and how to achieve this please help

I have a boilerplate app, client-side rendered with 2 routes, home and about, development and production build scripts.

I want:
additional server-side rendering capability to build as NodeJs function to return rendered html (renderToString) for a request path.

I'll provide:
client-side rendered app, example NodeJS function

Required delivery:
source code for app including SSR build capability. the build script must produce a single index.js file that can run with the provided example NodeJS function and return rendered html for either route.
