Remarqueeble Marquee Replacement

HTML has deprecated the de facto <marquee> tag a long time ago. Yet, browsers still support it—nobody suggested a 1:1 replacement. I vibe-codedRemarqueeble. Just replace <marquee>with <re-marquee>.
