The Community

ADHDers. Or any other people who have been putting off a boring, vague, or just plain unpleasant task for three days, fully aware that it will take five minutes to complete.

As an ADHDer myself, I know this paralysis well. Most productivity tools assume you can just... start. Unstuck assumes you can't, and meets you there.

What I Built

Unstuck is a web app that helps you get started on tasks you've been avoiding.

You describe what you're putting off and how you're feeling right now. The app uses AI to break your task into 5–7 tiny steps — small enough that starting feels almost effortless. Each step comes with a 5-minute timer, so you don't have to think about what to do next or how long to spend on it. Just read the step, hit start, and go.

How I Built It

Stack: React, Tailwind CSS, Vite
AI: Gemini API

Thank you so much for reading, and happy spring 🌸
