Suggestion for a Good Developer Laptop at 2019

Hello to all fellow Developers. I currently own an AMD 8350 Octa Core Processor(8 Logical cores, Not physical) desktop machine with 16 Gigs RAM, SSD and HDD Storage. I built this machine during my college days (back when I was fond of Rigs and building a machine rather than a laptop). I had a laptop during college time too but that's just for presentation and light coding.

Now after working with the Macbook Pro (The one my company gave me for work) for more than an year, I'm now becoming sluggish to sit in front of my desktop machine.

But my company's T&C made it very clear that I should not use the device for any of my personal development.

I'm currently more interested in React Native and concentrating more on creating mobile apps. My experience with AMD was horrible when trying to start an Android Emulator. And most importantly I can't afford a Macbook Pro at this moment. (Way overpriced).

Can anyone suggest me a good laptop that can suit my needs? (also doesn't put a hole in my pockets too).

Thanks.
