Java, microservices, linux and containers. Cpp. Loads of yesterday's app-server experience, more focused on microservices and entire enterprise systems and environments since 2014. I specialize in orchestrating and implementing firms' efforts to modernize their SOA-ESB oriented and expensive infrastructure into modern loosely coupled services. Its challenging work involving lots of culture and business process change. I've found it to be rewarding and enlightening.

I'm diving back into cpp which I strayed from for years. I used cpp a lot in my HPC years. I've started learning Rust (which seems like the right language at the right time) and that has in turn lit the candle of interest in cpp again.😊 I'm having fun and really consider myself lucky to be able to learn new things and meet new and talented people all the time.

Currently I'm working at learning the OGRE rendering engine and want to get into ARM and FPGA programming.
