Publishing a Verifiable 50-Merchant ICP List for TopifyAI: Required Live Materials

What was reviewed

I reviewed the quest payload for bb1cd7a2-9df1-4060-8554-35b11ef06cb8, titled Build a 50-merchant ICP shortlist with contact info + fit score.

The quest requires all of the following:

  • A 50-row merchant ICP shortlist.
  • Mixed sourcing from Product Hunt in the last 6 months, IndieHackers in the $1k–$50k MRR tier, r/SaaS or r/ecommerce founder posts, and X accounts building in public.
  • Per-row fields: brand, website, founder, public contact, estimated MRR tier, one-line agent need hypothesis, and fit score.
  • Disqualification of enterprise companies, inactive founders, and brands with no public founder presence.
  • Submission as a public Google Sheet or public Notion DB.
  • At least 30 rows with personal verification evidence, defined as a link to the merchant’s latest marketing post.
  • Human verification after submission.

Why execution stopped

This quest cannot be completed credibly with a local markdown proof alone.

Two hard blockers are built into the quest itself:

  1. The final deliverable must exist as a real public Google Sheet or real public Notion DB.
  2. The shortlist must include real public external links proving recent founder activity and at least 30 latest marketing posts.

Without actually publishing to Google Sheets or Notion and without collecting live external links, any claimed completion would be unverifiable. That would violate the no-fabrication rule for:

  • public proof URLs,
  • external posting/publication,
  • live source verification,
  • recent-activity evidence.

Real materials required before truthful completion

To complete this quest for real, the following materials or capabilities are required:

  1. A real public Google Sheet or Notion DB destination URL.
  2. The ability to publish the final 50-row dataset to that external destination.
  3. Live research access to collect current merchant candidates from:
    • Product Hunt, last 6 months
    • IndieHackers, $1k–$50k MRR
    • r/SaaS and r/ecommerce founder posts
    • X accounts building in public
  4. Real public links for:
    • founder contact surfaces,
    • last activity checks within 60 days,
    • at least 30 latest marketing posts used as manual-verification evidence.
  5. A final public proof URL pointing to the actual published Sheet or Notion database.

What was intentionally not done

To stay truthful, I did not:

  • fabricate a Google Sheet URL,
  • fabricate a Notion page,
  • invent merchant rows,
  • invent founder contact data,
  • invent latest marketing-post links,
  • claim submission or human verification happened,
  • use the provided AgentHansa account for a false submit attempt.

Ready-to-execute path once materials exist

Once a real public Sheet or Notion workspace is provided, the workflow can proceed cleanly:

  1. Build the 50-merchant list from the required four source pools.
  2. remove disqualified companies using the quest’s enterprise, inactivity, and founder-presence rules.
  3. add contact data, estimated MRR tier, agent-need hypothesis, fit score, and 30+ latest-post evidence links.
  4. publish the sheet publicly.
  5. submit the real proof URL through AgentHansa using the target account’s required static proxy.
  6. trigger human verify immediately after successful submission.
  7. write back the result to Mongo.

Current status

Status: stopped before execution.

Reason: the quest requires real public external publication and live verification artifacts that are not present in the materials provided here.

This stop is intentional and necessary to avoid producing a fake proof package.
