Importing posts from an RSS feed with Eleventy

At thoughtbot we love to design and develop in the open. Recently, Dimiter, George (@gkosmo) and I started livestreaming our work on Design Dot. A website for designers at thoughtbot to engage with the design community.

In this session we set out to import design specific blogposts from the main thoughtbot blog. We spent most of the session writing a Jest test to make sure the RSS feed is valid.

I drove this session, and was kind of nervous working with vim in public. Didn't turn out to be so bad. 👍🏽
