I have 3.9.1
but the project on 3.6.9.
and during pyenv install occurs errors with my python.
and I should use 3.6.9

and couldn't solve this issue.

Did you try the following?

pyenv: /Users/ruslanskira/.pyenv/versions/3.9.1 already exists )))

but for 3.6.9
patch unexpectedly ends in middle of line
patch: **** Only garbage was found in the patch input.

BUILD FAILED (OS X 11.2.1 using python-build 20180424)
