We used to do monthly "lunch and learn" where we have lunch together and someone shares a session - either a short tutorial on something or a "things we learned on X project" type session.
They're now less frequent just because our working week was shortened and as an agency we had to cut the time somewhere! So now it's on a more ad hoc basis.
