Every freelancer, indie hacker, and agency dev knows this exact 11:30 PM notification:
"Hey! Love the draft. But can we completely overhaul the color palette, switch to dark mode, and squeeze in a Stripe checkout and user dashboard before 9 AM tomorrow? Shouldn't take long, right?"
Side hustles and freelance careers don't die because creators lack skill. They die from unpaid revision spirals and boundary erosion. Freelancers freeze up, feel awkward saying "that costs extra," and end up donating 20+ hours of unbilled labor.

The brutal reality: Side hustlers don't fail because their work is bad—they fail because they do 30+ hours of free, unbilled revisions because they feel awkward or confrontational saying: "That costs extra."
