Create an Influencer Account
Login to your Salla Partners account, click on the “Influencer” menu item on the left side of the main page, and then select “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.
There are three parts to creating the Influencer profile: Basic Information, Service Information, and Services List.
*Basic Information *
In this section, you are required to provide accurate information about you as it will be shared to Merchants. Fill in your Basic Information, which includes your:
- Name
- Gender
- Country
- City
- About you
- Marketing License
- Marketing License image, and
- Personal image
Click “Next” to proceed to the next section, which will be the “Service Information” tab.
*Services Information *
In this section, you are required to provide details about your service including the platforms you offer your services on and the followers number for each platform. There is a minimum of 10 thousand followers for each platform and you should have at least one platform that you offer.
Here, you will select as many categories that fall under your services as available which will give the Merchant a better look into your services.
You can also exclude any category you don’t want to be affiliated with so Merchants won’t be submitting campaigns to you if you are not interested in certain categories.
Finally, select the social media platforms you will promote the Merchants’ brand on. Ensure to click on “Add”
Fill in the link and number of followers to the chosen social media account, and keep adding more accounts of your preference. After filling in the details, click “Next” to continue to the last part of building your profile, which is the Services List.
Services List
In this section, you are required to fill in the services you provide and the rating for each platform. Tick the box with the service you provide, and write the number of posts you will be publishing for the Merchant and the total price for that service. For instance, on the Instagram Platform, you can set 500 SAR for 5 Instagram posts.
Each platform has its own features. For example, on Facebook, you can choose a Post and / or a Story. On Instagram, however, you can choose Post, Story, Reel, and / or Live. The following table shows the social media platforms alongside its supported feature on Salla Partners Portal:

You can also add up to 3 additional services you provide, which you will need to add the service name in English and Arabic as well as its price.
In the Preferences section, you are able to require a product sampling from the Merchant before starting to market the brand. Also, you can require a physical visit to the Merchant’s store.
Finally, in the Service Terms and Requirements, List the needed requirements in Arabic and English to be provided by the Merchant so you can start the marketing with no back and forth.
You are encouraged to be as detailed as possible to avoid any confusion to the Merchant.
Once you finish completing the services’ details, click on the “Submit Request” button to send your profile for review by the Salla team.
In any of the previous three sections, Basic Information, Services Information, and Services List, you can temporarily save your work by clicking on the “Save as Draft” button, so you can come back to your information later and continue editing or completing it.
A success pop-up message will appear, confirming that you have sent your request to review your profile to the Salla team
You will get an update about the profile in your email. In the meantime, you can also check the profile status on the “Influencer Profile” page.
The following table explains the Influencer’s profile statuses:

Draft | The influencer’s profile has not been submitted for review to the Salla team and is still being filled in with information by the Influencer |
Under Review | The influencer’s profile is being evaluated by Salla team to ensure it meets Salla’s standards and guidelines |
Approved | The influencer’s Profile meets requirements and the profile is published on Salla’s Influencer Marketplace for exposure opportunities with 50k+ Salla Merchants |
Rejected | The influencer’s Profile does not meet the criteria for approval; reasons are provided via email, and suggestions for improvement are given. The Influencer is encouraged to make the necessary updates and re-submit for review. |
You can also either edit your profile and resubmit or withdraw your profile review request and that will set your profile status to “Draft”
