Damn, I don't like people and I like computers. So I thought I'll learn programming. It's great if I'd just do it for my own satisfaction but job wise I'm starting to see it's not for me. To much interaction with people required.
Yes I am also finding people to connect I was also like same loving to code now I think it would be fun If I interact with people who like prograamming

This is a great article ! It has been 7 years I started coding, and I have never been to a meeting, nor participated in a coding event. I have the feeling of not learning new things like I was at the beginning of my career.
Still, I saw a few posts where authors shared the benefits of networking.
So I think I will have to find personal time to meet other developers 🙂

You absolutely nailed it, I would like to add one more point, in today's time where a very general advice for a better career is networking. While this is true, many try to force networking, with only intention being some career or monetary gain.
You make an excellent point that networking is something that humans do, it's what makes us human and all the other benefits are side effect of that.
i cant say am an introvert but i just find it difficult to relate with people, but as time move on i realized interacting with like minded individuals like me will bring me success and opportunities, and yes i tried it and it works........sometimes is just all about trying
