Lately, I’ve been seeing “DevSecOps” everywhere.

Many teams claim they follow DevSecOps, but in reality, it often feels like just adding a few security tools into the pipeline.

So I’m curious:

Are companies really implementing DevSecOps properly?

Or is it becoming just another buzzword like “AI-first”?
