Hey! Unfortunately this question does not have any proper answer (or either Angular or React would have died already)
Instead, I highly encourage you to check both framework's tutorials to see which one you are more comfortable with
If you need any help, there is also Discord servers for both of them!
Overall, they are both battle tested for quite some time now and very robusts. Angular has the reputation of being best suited for big applications but is also more opiniated
On a side note, Angular just released their new branding and docs website (even if it's still in beta), check it out!
