Meteor != Apollo GraphQL nor can you transfer from one another. Meteor is a full stack framework with accounts systems and other tools. Apollo GraphQL is just a data transfer system build on top of GraphQL. Very good though, definitivy worth mentioning, but it is a separate thing.

Please check out VanJS, which is pretty new. With a minified size of just 1.2 kB it is truely tiny, but contains a rich set of features including state binding. It is very promising!
