The constant rise of YouTube videos with captions such as "Learn coding in days and weeks and get a job" needs to stop.
A lot of people are pushed into the tech ecosystem as a get-reach-quick scheme and end up realising it is way more difficult than advertised.
I believe more conversation is needed to inform more newbies that tech is a rigorous lifestyle that one must embark on.
Success is not instantaneous but long term.
