Hey, Andrew! As someone who went through this process, I can reassure you that it's not that easy. Unfortunately, next H1B (the visa you're probably are looking for) quota will be released in April 2018. I'd recommend to check out immihelp.com, workpermit.com/immigration/usa for more info on US immigration, and h1bwiki.com and redbus2us.com for H1B specifically.

There are few other options available, like L-visa (intracompany transfers), green card through employment (takes few years) or investors visa (requires investing $500,000 – $1,000,000 into US economy).

And there's always good old Diversification Lottery (dvlottery.state.gov), but... Well, it's a lottery.
