With this update, you can now:

Increase Swap Memory
Decrease Swap Memory
Modify Swap Space anytime directly from the ServerAvatar Panel

Update Swap Memory

Navigate to the Server Panel for your preferred server
Click on Update Swap from the Swap Memory section

Think of swap memory as a backup oxygen cylinder for your server. When memory runs low, swap space prevents crashes or slowdowns. No SSH commands, no manual server tweaks, just a clean UI and one-click control.

Site Migration/Clone with Domain Option

Migrating or cloning sites is now even more effortless, especially with your domain setup included. Previously, the cloning or migration process would set up the site on a temporary domain, requiring manual domain configuration afterward.

PHP 8.4 Support for OpenLiteSpeed

PHP continues to evolve, and staying updated means better performance, security, and compatibility. With v7.15.0, ServerAvatar added support for PHP 8.4 for the OpenLiteSpeed (OLS) Stack.

PHP 8.4 For OLS

Navigate to the Server Dashboard for your preferred server
Click on the Settings Section from the left sidebar
Navigate to the General section from the left sidebar
Update the PHP-CLI Version from the General Settings section

You can also update the PHP version at the application level, allowing you to assign different PHP versions to different applications based on their specific requirements.

Set Up PHP 8.4 at the Application Level in OpenLiteSpeed

Go to the Server Dashboard of the server where your application is hosted
From the left sidebar, open the Applications section.
Select your application and open its Application Dashboard.
Navigate to the PHP Settings Section from the left sidebar
Update the PHP-CLI Version to PHP 8.4 from this section.

If you’re using OpenLiteSpeed, you can now switch to PHP 8.4 to improve performance and compatibility.

One-Click Complete Joomla Installation

If you’re working with Joomla or building client websites on it, this update will make your experience noticeably smoother and more efficient.
