Superteam Earn is the most active bounty marketplace in the Solana ecosystem. If you can write, code, design, or research, there is real money available — paid in USDC directly to your Solana wallet.
Here is how it actually works.
What Is Superteam Earn?
Superteam Earn (earn.superteam.fun) is a platform where Solana projects post bounties for work they need done. Winners get paid in USDC or USDG to their Solana wallet within days of winners being announced.
It is not a gig platform. It is not a job board. It is a competitive bounty system where multiple people submit work and the best submissions win.
The Types of Listings
Bounties — Open competitions. Anyone can submit. Multiple winners. Pay ranges from $200 to $5,000+.
Projects — Larger scopes of work. Often assigned to one person. Pay ranges from $500 to $20,000+.
Grants — Funding for building something in the Solana ecosystem.
Jobs — Direct employment listings from Solana projects.
For getting started quickly, bounties are the entry point.
What Skills Are in Demand
- Content: Articles, threads, explainers about Solana protocols
- Research: Deep dives, competitive analysis, market reports
- Design: Graphics, UI mockups, brand assets
- Development: Smart contracts, frontend integrations, tooling
- Growth: Community management, ambassador work
Content and research bounties are the most accessible without Solana development experience.
How to Submit
- Create an account at
earn.superteam.fun - Connect your Solana wallet (Phantom works well)
- Browse open bounties, pick one matching your skills
- Read requirements carefully — format restrictions are common
- Create your submission, publish it somewhere accessible
- Submit the link before the deadline
What Gets Submissions Disqualified
- Wrong format (some require X Articles only, not blog posts)
- Missing minimum engagement requirements (some require 10+ likes)
- Region restrictions (some are country-specific)
- Submitting after the deadline
Always read the full requirements before starting work.
The Reality of Competition
Popular bounties get 50-100+ submissions. Niche bounties with specific requirements might get 2-5. The best strategy: find bounties where you have genuine expertise and competition is thin.
A bounty with 3 submissions and 10 prize slots is essentially guaranteed money for anyone submitting quality work.
Getting Paid
Winners are announced on the platform. Payment goes directly to your connected Solana wallet, usually within a few days. No invoicing, no net-30, no disputes.
