Just curious since you mentioned your interview experience - were there any difficult behavioral questions that come to mind? (ps. For sure, the one I tend to take extra time in thinking of an answer for resonates with the disagreements one. It's the questions about people challenges (i.e making decisions, dealing with difficult personalities). It gets hard when the work environment doesn't have too much of these examples but overall I find it also requires careful execution so you stick to the facts and results of such situations.

Great answer! Regarding difficult personalities, I just try to perform my responsibilities faithfully so that they can't blame me haha. Thankfully though - my team members right now are great :)
