Keeping people in touch with all that the company is using in terms of technology(IAC, Microservices, patterns, problems, solutions) is pretty hard, principally if you work on a big company, that's why I ask this question, what do you usually do and what you think it would be better?
In my opinion, platforms like eng.uber.com or medium.com/airbnb-engineering are the best situations, as not only you show what you are doing to your company, you show to the world, bringing attention to your company as a technology "hotspot".
But sometimes the communication between teams is pretty bad, and for example, your team have a problem that another team has already solved and your team has no clue about that.
