vscode with github

1. open file folder
2. click the logo of split-road.
3. click initialize
4. add new file in traditional way
5. go back to split-road logo, add plus logo to track it ,and say something and clikc the click as committing.
6. if everything is committed for this branch, a publish icon shows up.
7. if new file modfication is then done, the publish icon goes away and step 4-5 can be repeated there.
8. Publish, you upload.
