What's Next?
Think about your path as an individual, as a team member within your organization, and as a community member. How are you collaborating?
Look for areas and opportunities for increased collaboration and identify areas where collaboration is hindered. These can be tools, antiquated practices "because they have always been done this way", or maybe just a lack of diversity due to not connecting with community.
Build your relationships across your organization and within the community. Participate in #coffeeops, devops meetups, open spaces! Submit an article to sysadvent or join an open source project.
Be open to try new tools and technologies that help build sustainable work environments. Retire tools and practices that are no longer working.
Continue to learn and adopt practices that allow you to pivot as needed as your path changes.
