The facility is planned for 10,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and will support large-scale AI training, inference and fine-tuning workloads.
Subrahmanyan described the development as an important milestone in L&T’s gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure mission, highlighting the growing importance of AI factories as AI becomes foundational across industries.

AI factories require much more than GPUs. They depend on high-performance networking, specialised power infrastructure, cooling, storage and reliable data-centre operations.
