I over-engineered the LinkedIn automation and it cost me weeks

This post was originally shared on LinkedIn as part of my build-in-public series. I'm Jerome Jay Tuazon, a fractional IT consultant helping Canadian businesses automate their operations through n8n, AI, and modern tooling. This 41-word post covers what I learned recently - I'm expanding it here with more context.

I spent 3 weeks building a LinkedIn automation system from scratch. Voyager API client, cookie session management, proxy rotation, WireGuard VPN tunnel, Playwright browser automation. It was the most technically complex thing I had built in months. It was completely useless.

Want automation like this for your business?

I help Canadian businesses cut manual work and ship faster using n8n workflows, AI tooling, and lean B2B systems.
