I'm Jerome Jay Tuazon, a fractional IT consultant helping Canadian businesses automate their operations through n8n, AI, and modern tooling. Every morning at 7am a topic refill script checks the queue. If it is running low, it pulls new topics from a curated list. At 8am the content generator runs: it picks one topic per site, calls OpenAI, writes an 800-1000 word post, inserts it into the database, and triggers a site rebuild.
